1. Improper amount of lubricating oil added

2. Block the entry of materials or materials that are difficult to break
Excessive feeding of the cone crusher, or the feeding characteristics do not meet the requirements, will cause the cone crusher to block the material, make the working current of the crusher too large, the circuit will automatically protect the shutdown, and even the cone crusher may be locked and forced to stop.

3. The spindle is broken
There are two reasons for the fracture of the spindle. First, the structure is unreasonable. When the interference between the spindle and the moving cone mating surface is relatively large, or there is no unloading groove, the stress concentration of the spindle will be caused, the bearing capacity will be too large, and the spindle will be fatigued, which will lead to damage. In addition, when the spindle is designed to be relatively small, it is easy to have the problem of "over-iron", which will lead to fracture; second, the manufacturing quality is unqualified. In the manufacturing process of the spindle, the heat treatment work is not well done, and the material is average, which reduces the compression resistance of the spindle. Once it encounters an unbreakable object, it is easy to have the problem of the spindle breaking. In addition, problems such as lubrication, iron overload, and equipment aging are also one of the reasons why the spindle may break.
